The goal of self-management training is to enable participants to effectively manage their own working time and their own field of responsibility, in other words, to manage themselves.

When we are moving forward with our tasks and get them completed, we get energized with a sense of job satisfaction. All of these contribute to increasing well-being at work and coping at work.

Develop Your Strengths

(duration: 60 min)

Do you recognize your own strengths? How about your ways to think and behave? Do you feel it would be good to improve your skill for interacting with other people?

Most people focus on developing their gaps or weaknesses. Often it is not very easy and it takes quite a bit of time and effort to do it. You may achieve better results and even with less effort by focusing on your strengths. For example, finding ways to use your strengths more or learning things related to your strengths.

The analysis included here identifies one’s own natural tendencies such as thinking, action, interaction and learning styles. These help to improve one’s self-awareness and can be used in self-development and planning one’s career.
Intended for everyone who wants to improve their self-knowledge and become aware of their own strengths.

Know Yourself

In addition, it contains descriptions of what kinds of things stress you out and how you usually behave in stressful situations, as well as what can be challenges to your own development.
These help to improve one’s self-awareness and can be used in self-development and planning one’s career.
Intended for everyone who wants to improve their self-knowledge and become aware of their own thinking style, behaviour and strengths. Also suitable for members of groups.

KNOW YOURSELF coaching includes:

Career coaching

Our career coaching is for you if you have been thinking about the following: Do you feel that you have been in the same job for a long time, maybe even too long?, Would you like to do something else, something where you could learn new things and develop yourself? However, it may not be clear to you what that something new could be. Or do you feel it is time to start doing something you have been dreaming of for a long time.?

Personal career coaching helps you to clarify and find out what you would like to do next in your career and what you could do to start moving towards your dream job.

Coaching

(duration: 45-60 min / time)

Our coaching service provides individual support to achieve your own goals or to solve a problem.

In coaching the coach supports and helps the client to clarify her/his own thoughts, find new ways to approach a topic or problem, achieve their personal or professional goals, and plan the first steps towards their own career or development goals. Coaching is an interactive process. The coach acts as an empowering coach, sparring partner and support person towards the set goal.

The goal for coaching can be, for example, solving a problem, strengthening one’s own skills, finding one’s own best qualities and ways of working, challenging to aim for specific goals, changing attitude and thinking or changing lifestyle.

Self-development

(duration: 2-3 h)

In self-development training, self-development is addressed through the situation of the participants. They are activated to think about and identify their own key strengths, motivators, areas for development and career aspirations. In addition, participants start to plan their own development already during the training and identify concrete opportunities for it´s implementation.

Participants are given a practical step-by-step approach for self-development that they can immediately apply in practice. It helps them focus their time and effort on the most important and central areas for development, which also benefits the community they are working in. Participants plan their first concrete steps towards their own career or development goals.
